There’s SO many great coffee places in Montreal...this is one of them. For $6.30 (including $1 tip), you will get a truly ordinary coffee. And to add insult to injury, you’ll have to sit on a completely and utterly uncomfortable hipster chair until you’re done. I’m not coming back, thank you very much (and sorry for the bad review, but hopefully this helps you improve).

Funky spot with zocco, good equipment and baristas that know how to use it. Competent roasting operation behind them. Good coffee, not mind blowing.

An institution in St Henri this place offers a large selection of great coffees on peaceful location. Note the church chairs. Not sure if they still have the funerary delivery service, it was a unique piece. Busiest in the work week afternoons and early in the weekends

Cozy. Sound of the coffee bean processing in the back of the store is rather loud if you're looking for somewhere quiet. Coffee is good, decor is great. Pastries are so-so.

The cafe is very coldly decorated, and I never have been served by smiling or friendly staff. However, the coffee is great! For these reasons, I prefer to go to the Verdun location, where the baristas are wonderful. :)
