"Un café félin est un établissement où les gens peuvent venir dans une ambiance réconfortante prendre une collation, un breuvage tout en côtoyant la compagnie de chats hébergés sur place. Chat-Nous, nous avons 4 chats pour le moment: Prada, Rubis, Iris et Bianco. 3 autres suivront en avril 2020...Notre local est situé dans une magnifique maison datant de 1860 laquelle a accueillie une épicerie de coin de rue durant tout ce temps. Les éléments d'origine sont encore présents: murs de pierres et de briques, poutres apparentes, porte à clanche de l'ancienne boucherie etc."

We were escaping from the rain and found this gym by fate. This cat cafe is really chill, has many cute cats, you can really feel each one has its own character. The cats are playful. The drinks and desserts are very tasty, we enjoyed. English friendly. To the owners: - there's a lot of fur lying around, a but too much, even for a cat cafe, perhaps it's better to quickly run a cleaning swipe a few fixed times a day. - we believe the cafe would benefit from adding some background and/or information of the cats as part of the theme of the cafe. Super recommend this hidden gem!
Very relaxing and friendly cafe with 7 beautiful cats. None declawed, at least a few are rescues. All live here and are well cared for. They wander around visiting different cat beds, tables, and seem to enjoy being petted or played with. Very friendly, curious and active. The hot chocolate comes with lots of mini marshmallows if you want, and the chicken Caesar was tasty. The pastries looked equally delicious, though we didn't try them. If we lived here, we'd be regulars!
We LOVED this place! My daughter loves cats and she was in heaven. 7 cats roam the cafe and you can pet them, play with them or just have them chill around you. Excellent pastries and coffee, wonderful weekend breakfast specials I had crepes, hubby had French toast, daughter stuck with her favorite chocolatine. The owners Christian and Melanie are super nice, gave us lots of tips for places to visit to eat and drink in the city we tried their recommendations and they were all excellent! . It's a very laid back, relaxing place, and I loved the chill music playing as well. Highly recommend! Kid-friendliness: My daughter is 6 and loves cats. This was her happy place during our stay in Quebec. There were multiple families with small children when we came for Sunday breakfast.
Quiet and nice chill cafe with amazingly cute and also calm cats! I enjoyed visiting this place very much. All the cats here are gentle, quiet, and loves to play! I spent few hours here to work, but didn’t get much done with all these cute cats I would definitely visit again next time I’m in Quebec City!
I got lost while visiting Quebec City, and I am so glad I did! This place is basically heaven for cat lovers. I had strawberry cheesecake and a long espresso with cream, and they were delicious. I couldn't stay long, but I would have visited every day if I could. The people were also very nice! Both my brother and I would easily describe this Cafe as "magical". If you have a chance, come here!
Amazing cat cafe! The cats are very happy and very well behaved. They run up to you when you come in and are very curious and cute. Had a great time here, and I wish I could’ve stayed longer. The prices are very fair as well.
Latte and turkey panini were very good. Cats were funny, entertaining, and friendly. Very friendly atmosphere. The man who was working was very nice to me even tho I didn’t speak French and helped translate. To anyone complaining about the fur, what do you expect? I saw the employees cleaning tables at least twice during the hour I was there, including my table after a cat had jumped up to say hello. But a little fur is inevitable
Delicious food, kind staff, and adorable cats! The restaurant felt very clean despite the cats free roaming. My boyfriend has a cat allergy and took some medicine before we went, and he didn’t have an allergic reaction at all even a few hours later. We had a wonderful time!
First time in Quebec City and stumbled into here after strolling along Rue St Jean. A casual cafe and a nice easy visit on a weekday, no reservations required. Ordered a house made lemonade and iced tea. The stars of the shows were of course the cats themselves. They were all so nice to see. A must for any cat lovers to get a dose of cat love :
Dont expect great food there. Go there for the cats, quiet space and a good chat with friends and family. I love this place. The owners of the cafe are so lovely and welcoming. Thank you for a grand experience
