Terrible food throughout. I thought I'd give it another chance, and another chance...terrible each time. Food is served as if they went to the prepared food section of the grocery store and stuck it on a tray for you. I ordered a hot dog and they ask if you want ketchup, etc on it, so I say yes, thinking they would put it on, but I got packets instead. The hotdog was hard, as if it had been on one of those rollers way too long, served on a stale bun. Tried the lasagna, it was in a foil container, and like left overs. The top and corners we're hard. Of all the disappointments though, this was the best of the worst. Tried again with soup of the day and a chicken wrap. Well, the wrap was not very tasty, and the portion hardly worth 10 bucks. Maybe 3rd times the charm, and tried the pizza. I think this is the only thing that comes on a plate! Those little frozen pizzas you pop in the microwave are way tastier than this. Sauce is terrible. Don't bother with this.
Wish I would have read the reviews before we went for breakfast. The coffee and oatmeal were awful. My husband said his meal was barely edible. :-/ The decor and desserts are beautiful though!
We were pleasantly surprised by how wonderful our breakfast was at Cafe 377, due to the reviews. We had a delicious breakfast and our service was excellent. I had the two egg plate and an incredible cheesecake.
Food was hot a quickly made it’s what you can expect from a ready made diner type location. We wanted a quick breakfast where we could use the coupon we were given from the hotel. It hit the spot and the staff were friendly.
Honestly im so disappointed i am even having to write this. The service here was exceptional which is why there is a star. Everything else was awful, the eggs tasted rubbery bland and luke warm at best. The home fries were normal quality but bland chocolate milk and 2 waters cost almost the same as the food we ordered. I expected more from a casino restaurant.
close way too early!! Prices are a bit high but it is in the casino so to be expected. Food was good though, had a few healthier items on the menu for lunch like the Mediterranean platter and a few different salads that are premade that morning and in the cooler for a quick buy and go which is nice if your staying in the hotel and want to have something back in your room. Just make sure u get there by 3 before they close, and the tim hortons next to it stops serving food shortly after the cafe, probably the casinos doing so your forced to go to neros steak house or one of their other pricier restaurants for dinner.
I was not impressed with the worker handling everyone's toast bare handed, right in front of counter for all to see. Spoke to manager - responded that can't force workers to wear gloves. Are there no standards that employers can expect from workers? I told him, customers can't see what goes on in the kitchen but this - this should NOT be done, in clear site for all to see. Mentioned that after handling everyone's toast, employee is also touching receipts, machines, etc. Not a good look and this could be totally fixed if management wanted to. Did not sit well with me at all. Rest of experience was okay - atmosphere is nice, decent seating, employees pleasant enough.
The worst waste of space I have ever seen in a casino resort property. Caesars is already lacking restaurant options in Windsor. Just replace it already with a 24 hour cafe. Saturday night at dinner time and it's closed.Food: 1/5
While the service was good, the food is terrible. Everything is already pre made.. we ordered the pizza, it was severely undercooked.. tasted so bad.. the fries were good though. It’s a glorified cafeteria.. it’s a shame with a space that big, they could not put something better there. I had heard from a lot of people that it was bad but wanted to try myself.. should have just went to Johnny rockets instead
My party ordered the Pizza, cheesesteak sandwich, and chicken. Pizza cheese was barely melted and the vegetables were still raw, the cheesesteak was unseasoned and barely warm, the vegetable were barely cooked and unseasoned, finally the chicken, dry and it was grilled chicken breast, over cooked, and technically it was seasoned but it was still not good.
