I had been searching everywhere for a seating chart for my wedding. I wanted one that would be different of what I had seen in the past!  I had been shopping on St.Hubert Street and was determined to find the perfect seating chart. That is when I walked into Cadeaux Nic-Nac and spoke with Lisa!  She gave the best customer service experience and helped me with different options for my seating chart. We spoke on the phone and by email and I chose the one that was best suited for my wedding!  This mirrored vintage frame seating chart fit my wedding theme in the most perfect way!  Not only did I receive amazing customer service, I got what I had always dreamed of as a seating chart and I purchased more wedding stuff!  Looking to go to one-stop-shop for your wedding?? We decided to make a donation to a charity in lieu of favours for my daughter's First Communion. I walked into Nic Nac a store I've visited and purchased from many times for various occasions over the years not sure exactly what I was looking for to commemorate the donation. The sales women listened to what I wanted and was able to suggest something to me that was exactly what I had in mind. Then Lisa, their graphic designer designed the layout for me. She was able to get the first draft to me in less than 24 hours. After a few changes, the design was off to the printer and I had them in my hands before the weekend so that I could assemble them at home. We were very pleased with the service and the quality of the printing and design. Lisa was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Nic Nac for all of your party needs.

They were nice and enabled me to exchange my veil after the exchange date passed. No reinbursements. They have a decent selection of wedding props and smaller for other formal events.

Vani, Lisa and the entire team were absolute lifesavers for the planning and execution of our dream wedding!! From the most beautiful wedding invitations to our gift boxes, table markers, custom seating mirror gorgeous!! , cake toppers ...the list is endless. Nic-Nac was our indespensible "one stop shop" for all of our wedding acoutrements! We highly reccommend  Nic-Nic for all of your special event needs :

The staff as well as the owner of the store were extremely accommodating with any all requests. The breadth of product surrounding weddings in this store is astounding. They had things for our wedding that we did not even know we need but that made a difference on the big day. The devil is in the details and Nic Nac knows all the details!
