Cactus Roofing Ltd

We contacted several roofing companies and decided to go with Cactus Roofing. They did excellent work. They came when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend them!! Great service

Today I called Cactus Roofing and spoke to Bob. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable in addressing my questions and concerns. Not only that - someone came the same day! Clayton, who came to do the work, was again very professional and courteous. He answered my questions and did his work knowledgeably and efficiently. He has been there for 17 years, so that speaks volumes about the company. He removed the old roof vents I replaced and swept up all debris and snow that had fallen on sidewalk from roof. I highly recommend this company!

I have an insurance claim for a complete re-shingle of my roof and garage. I called to book an appointment, and emailed in my insurance paperwork. Was booked for late September. I had to follow up 3 times, all with no response before they even dropped off a sample booklet. October came and still no word. I called a fourth time, and was told again that I would be called back to get a new install date. Again no response. Clearly, this company has absolutely no respect for their clients. Do yourself a favour, and find a different company, as judging by other reviews, this is the way that they do business. I'm surprised that they are still in business.

I am disappointed with this company. I have a leaking roof and made an appointment to have someone come and take a look. It is a busy time of year so I understand my appointment wasn't till the following week. The lady I spoke to was helpful and said she would try and get someone out sooner if possible. The day of my appointment came and the time I was told was between 10am - 2pm. I took the day off work to be home for that time slot. Nobody showed up, I waited until 2 30 and called, nobody answered and they still have yet to call me back. My appointmemt was for Sept. 26th.... I wasted a day waiting for a company to not show up and they didn't/haven't had the consideration to call me. I understand its a busy time of year but am disappointed in the lack of customer service.

Estimator didn't show. 4 hours later...was told traffic bad. I said not to bother, they said "ok, will take it off the list of things to do" as if it didn't matter one way or the other if we gave them our business. Since then, have heard from others that this is a habit. One person told me that they did a no show 3 times. I couldn't trust my roof to this kind of service.
