The staff are extremely kind and helpful! I lost a beloved childhood bear stuffed animal purchased long ago from the Cable Natural History Museum. Two staff members worked with me to purchase another one through the phone and shipped it to me! I am extremely grateful for their help.
A lot to see! Great Curiosity Center with lots to learn about. Wonderful staff.
The newly remodeled kids room was very fun, interactive, and engaging. We went to a program about raptors that was interesting and educational and fun for the kids. Definitely worth the stop if you're in the area, especially if you stop by on the free day Wednesday or Thursday? I can't remember
Went to a rag rug making class there. Then looked at all exhibits and great items in the gift shop. Really a nice experience.
Fabulous museum for kids and adults. There's a new interactive Curiosity Center for the kids and a new special exhibit on pollinators, Pollinator Power, as well as the permanent exhibits of the birds and animals of the North Woods. Great place to visit more than once!
The changing exhibit is always well loved and chosen. The workers are inviting and knowledgeable. And the curiosity center is perfect for the kids!
Fun and learning! So much to see and do, but manageable and comfortable too.
The staff make this place, very knowledgeable they were happy to suggest other things to do while in town.
