Delicious baked goods. Their apple fritters are fantastic. I love all their donuts. Actually, I love all their baking. The cheese cake is out of this world. The crust is thick and tasty. Highly recommend. We go three to four times a week. Nothing like fresh baked goods.
Note: this is a review of the location on Vedder Road beside Fraser Valley Meats, but I'm sure all their locations have the same delicious treats! And no, the attached photos isn't one of their cookies, which might seem odd but let me explain.... I try to add a photo of any product I'm reviewing, but for some reason I have no photos of any of the countless treats we've bought at Cabin Fever. My theory is that they're so good, documenting those incredibly delicious squares must have seemed less pressing than actually getting them into our mouths. And for good reason. All their stuff is great, but we have a particular love affair with their squares. Both their Millionaire Square and the Salted Caramel square are to die for, but a while back someone accidentally combined elements of each into what they ended up calling the Salty Millionaire – it's by FAR the best of the 3 options, but they don't always make it. If they have it in when you're there, GRAB ONE and you'll thank me. We also love both their cherry and lemon squares, too. So why add a photo of my own delicious! cookies? Because when I gush about a bakery, it's from someone with high bakery expectations who's both passionate about making quality baked goods and someone who's sampled the goods of many, MANY bakeries. It's a weakness...what can I say and the reason I get out for at least one long hike every week to keep my waistline! Point being, Cabin Fever is a bakery we keep coming back to for very good reason – because whatever magic happens behind that counter is absolutely worth scheduling a workout for, and we've never been anything but delighted with any savoury or sweet purchase. I just wish the Salty Millionaire was always in stock!
Wow wow wow !!! Excellent little treasure in Agassiz. I’ve bought quite a few things that included Strudels, turnovers, scones, cookies and a whole wheat bread with sesame seeds. You guys have to try the scones, especially the one with pineapples and coconut. So yummy. Will definitely come back. Prices are very reasonable as well and staff has been respectful and helpful.
I love this little shop. Staff are great, very accommodating as well. I've purchased typically donuts because they're amazing. Pricey, but worth it. Let's get real, if they were less expensive, I'd be there way more often and I'd be thicker. Do I think they're over priced? No. You're getting 3 donuts in one. But...I'd buy 12 instead of 4 if I could swallow spending the $. Most importantly, I pre-ordered a whack of macaroons for my daughter's baby shower. 50 of them. I was able to select the colours and flavours which worked out perfectly as both matched the little jellybeans I had to go with them. They offered a little discount for the volume purchase as well. I've had macaroons from a variety of places over my life, these guys were by far, the best. It's also nice to have staffers call you by name when you're in the store - not that I expect them to remember me - it's a nice touch. I wish I had better pictures to take of both treats as what I have do not do it justice. Would I recommend? 100%.
Wow! They have some good things here. Stock Pretzel was delicious. Chocolate chip cookies Devine! Cheesecake and brownie I don't even know what to say about that it was just the right amount of sweetness perfect Chewy dense texture. Perfection these people are wonderful. Sorry I didn't get a chance to take a picture of the pretzel it went in the tummy too quick haha
Unassuming little shop with great selection of breads, pastries and squares. Loved the pumpkin cheesecake and salted caramel bar : no seats or dine in though.
I ordered 80 cookies for a work event through Cabin Fever on Vedder Road. I ordered an assortment of regular and gluten-free cookies. Everything was delicious and the customer service was amazing. They called me when they had questions, provided competitive pricing and even helped me carry the cookies to my car. I highly recommend!
I always like the desserts there. Very fresh and what it should be. A bit pricey but you pay for what you get. I do not mind paying. Average I bought at least several items. Pies and black forest cake is a must. Eclairs is very good.
I went for the first time last week on my way to work . The staff was so friendly and the coconut sugar cookiesI think that’s what they were called were beyond amazing . Like grandma made them but better
The best bakery ever. Everything I purchase there is wonderful. Thank you for your service. The staff are amazing.
