For many years I have paid for my CAA membership but rarely used it. In the last 3 months it has been a godsend. I would have been in alot of trouble without it. Thank you and Merey Christmas!! A happy member
I called caa at 1130am they said they can't give me a eta on a tow truck so I called again at 130pm 2 hours later and they said the same thing so I asked for rhe dispatch comapny number called the tow truck company they said caa didn't even send the ticket thru they aren't coming didn't even know I needed a tow truck so I called caa back they said the tow truck place is lieing and hung up on me and left me stranded in the country so I'm stuck without a tow truck nice customer service caa

Great customer service here from Tom and staff. I had some problems with a contracted tow company and my 90 year old mom ,that In my opinion should be classed as elder abuse,fortunately my mother had my answering machine recording the whole conversation and it was not good. Tom got the message to the right people and informed me it was taken care of ! Thanks again Tom.
I tried calling the Prince Albert branch at 11:00 and waited for 12 minutes, then hung up. I called again at 4:00 and waited for 9 minutes, then left my number and a message. I called again at 4::30, at 5:00 and finally got through at 5:15. No one ever returned my call. I was then forwarded to Regina because now they don’t do package policies in PA. What a waste of my time.

Yesterday my family went their to get passport photos. Staff was very rude. They don't greet customers. During photo session lady was extremely rude to my daughter. Not sure when people will understand that all colors are equal. There is no one superior.
I went in here today, to ask if I could get a refund for my Premier card, as I was misinformed about the services they could provide me. The women was very apathetic and smug, and didn't ask me the reason why I wanted to return my card. It really seemed like she didn't want to help at all, or cared about my situation, which I find really odd and frankly rude, as your job should be helping customers any way that you can...These people weren't helpful, instead they seemed like they really just wanted me to get a card, and fill my head with good services they could provide. I even specifically asked what I would be using the card for, and I was still misinformed. This place is a piss off and I really wish I could just get my money back because I wont even use my card.
The lady who did my passport picture was friendly but the lady at the travel desk was a bit rude!
Went I for my passport picture, and has I had never left Canada before the lady's their were super helpful with all my questions.
