They were not sure about car registration, as a result wasted 30 min in line, only to drive 20 min to another license bureau to get what I needed.
Quick and pleasant There was 8 people ahead of me. I got in at 2:30pm on a Friday. I got out at 2:40pm. They are so quick but what really stood out was they were very pleasant to interact with. I paid my cars' registration during this visit. Awesome place
The best best best experience that I have ever received from SAAQ. I was coming to renew my certificate. I have went to other outlet too. I needed to wait almost one hour to renew it, and the staff barely understand me. They failed to solve my questions, so I came here. This one! They finish the renew process within one minute! The staff here is professional, friendly and full of energy! I will definitely come back, even though this is not the nearest one, but the service worth it.
I've been to this place to renew both my driver's license and health care card twice. I've been in and out in less than 5 minutes, literally. These guys have down to a science how to make the process quick, if you brought all you needed for this. I would recommend passing by this office to anyone requiring SAQ services.
Site doesn't have English navigation. Clear English community discrimination. Disturbing
It's open Saturday, but can get really busy, 1.5 hours to get it done. The stuff is doing the best to keep the line moving as fast as possible and it's much better compare to few years ago, more employees and all of them know what to do. I would love to see more space and chairs vs. useless shelfs or even appointment system to waste less time.
Fast, efficient and friendly! There are 4 clerks working, no lines and a bright, clean building with free parking. I tried an SAAQ office this morning and left since there were 20+ people ahead of me!
I love coming here to renew my license etc as the staff generally so great and efficient. It's usually very speedy too. However, I went on Hallowe'en and was saddened and distressed to see a government worked dressed in a costume as 'an Indian'. It turns my stomach that this type of racism is alive and well in Quebec. Someone's culture is not a costume and government employees should no better. I'm calling on the manager of this branch to require cultural sensitivity training for the employee in question. I'm alsi challenging this branch to raise money for the Montreal native friendship centre as an act of reconciliation. Please, you can do better.
A convenient place to renew drivers permits, license plates and Medicare cards. Best to get there early to avoid line-ups. There are a lot of car dealers in area and they can really slow things down for the citizens going about their business. Sometimes really busy. Also, a good selection of travel needs like bags, Passport holders and accessories and the like. Lots of CAA travel guides that cover most places on the planet. Travel consultants are also on hand to help. Generally friendly.
Wonderful service, I had been there twice and they always got things done efficiently!!
