I got some ready-to-eat vege food here and it was decent at best lacked flavor and very oily. I would have given a slightly better rating if the service wasn't so bad; the workers at the food court did not know if there were animal products oyster sauce, fish sauce, eggs, etc in their vegé dishes. I also found it odd that the workers gave me attitude when I asked questions about the ingredients.
A good Asian supermarket to buy Asian groceries, produce etc. It is always forever crowded, and there is not sufficient parking lots to accommodate the sheer number of people shopping in this mall. They have to do something about the parking lots. The prices are no different from other Asian markets like Kim Phat which is just a short distance away. There is always parking available, and the prices are more or less comparable. I find the produce to be better in Kim Phat, and the staff were friendlier and helpful.
It's probably one of the best Asian super markets in Montreal, and I've been to a lot of Asian supermarkets. The pricing is reasonable and there are always things on special weekly. They also have some rare items that can't be picked up anywhere else. At the back, they have already cooked meals such as sushi and fried noodles and egg rolls. Great place to go after dim sum at tong por next door.
Im saddened by the low star reviews.nnWhen we walked into this super market, our jaw dropped. It was extremely clean, and the fruits, vegetables, meat and fish were extremely well priced. I’m sure other Asian grocery stores have better prices but they don’t have this selection.nnThe ramen/noodle section is to die for.nnWe look forward to our next visit and we will likely spend an hour or more going through the isles. We were in a rush today.nnFYI the staff are friendly unlike the comments I read and they all spoke to us in English. Even at the ready to eat section, we took a half duck and the guy cut it into proper sections.nnDon’t believe the bad comments, I think it’s angry grocers in the area. Visit the place for yourself. The employees all seem so happy as well.
Very disorganized and no customer service, it’s not cleaned. Difficult to get a parking. The one in brossard is more organized and easy parking!
