People need to watch out for another, especially when services are performed by individuals who are dishonest and thieves. Chad Lemke is one of them. Do not hire him!!!! He did a terrible job and over- charged the job. I called several times but he never return my calls after he got paid. He seemed fishy to me and I should have paid attention to my little voice. After inquiring around (small town talk) I found out he and his wife are criminals. WOW!  She went to jail for fraud and he got busted for drugs! So, be aware and cautious, do your research first before you hire someone.
