Dan's background is framing and now works building custom homes. He's not building a million homes maybe 3-5 a year (maybe it's more now). I am sure his family run business is growing.
The real key is the meticulous attention to detail that you find throughout the the house and the high quality craftsmanship. He really wants your house to be a home. You don't really see his houses advertised because they are all sold by word of mouth.
We just walked by his house while he was working on it and we were waiting for a Realtor to show up and us a house across the street. We are so glad we did.
I bought my home from him a year ago having never lived in Edmonton or St Albert and I am extremely satisfied.
Lately I have gone to some open houses in the area and I can absolutely confirm that Dan's houses exude value for money - at least that's my 2 cents
