CARE Clinic is free health clinic that provides medical, dental and mental health care. These services are provided at our weekly volunteer-run clinic. Our mission is to improve the clinical health and overall health of our community by providing primary health care access, connecting resources and promoting health education. We serve low-income, uninsured individuals in Goodhue County and/or Lake City, MN.

• Medical Care: Acute, chronic, and preventative services
• Dental Care: Urgent needs; limited hygiene and denture services
• Mental Health Care: Assessment, intervention, and referral
• Social Services: Referrals to local, state, and federal resources, including MNsure Navigator assistance
• Medication Resources: Free or low cost medications utilizing a partnership with two local pharmacies and the Patient Assistance Programs (PAP) available through pharmaceutical companies
