Joseph saved the soles of my favourite heels! I dropped them off on Monday and he had finished them within a few hours. He also added a clear protector to the heel to protect the satin. I'm so happy with his work, and will definitely be bringing other heels to him in the future!

This was my first time ever getting a shoe repaired and I would definitely come back. Service was great and friendly. Really reasonable prices I was prepared to pay ~$50 for the repair, and it ended up being $10!. The repair was done within a few hours. I'm sure it was a tiny, easy job for the owner, but it was a big deal for me!

I went to Bytown Shoe Repair after being quoted $120 to fix both pairs of my Birkenstocks from a nearby shoe repair shop. Bytown charged me $30 per pair and did an excellent job at fixing the cork sole. I am very pleased with the service, price, and quick turn around time.
