Me and my dad went to Byron’s and he was very helpful and fast with his repairs. Super nice and chill guy too. Brilliant.
Owner was extremely unknowledgeable. He couldn’t even answer simple basic questions and was unbelievably rude. I can not wait to spend my $5000 for a premium Ebike literally anywhere other than here. I suggest no one else waste their time at this place.
After a predictably horrendous experience at 'Bike and Forth' further East on Danforth, I came to Byron Bikes, which is where I should have come in the first place. Needing a replacement handlebar post for an obscure and probably bad knockoff of a Rad e-bike, the work was done very quickly and a good price - plus he's an interesting and funny guy to talk to. This is where I will be going from now on. Even if it weren't so close by, I would go out of my way to go to Byron Bikes. Oh, and don't even think of going to 'Bike and Forth'... unnless you like witnessing verbal abuse and big drama.
Really honest and nice guy. I brought my scooter to have a repair and he kept it truthful with me about the damages when other stores tried to charge me more. I would definitely recommend going to this store.
I was in to get a flat tire fixed this afternoon. I had my e-bike back within a couple of hours ! - outstanding turnaround compared to other places I've been. I appreciate how knowledgable the staff is and that they went out of their way to source a part I mentioned needing in passing. Looking forward to making Byron Bikes my go-to for e-bike repairs.
He sold me a scooter for 1000$ that died after less than a week. Never returned my calls or emails. Still waiting for a reply.
James is knowledgeable, honest, and upfront. Most ebike shop owners or managers haven't a clue about the actual mechanics of the bikes they sell or service the majority either subcontract or have a part time mechanic on staff to deal with that but James seems to know these machines inside out. Not to mention Bryon Bikes always seems to have the best prices on parts and accessories in comparison to the other shops I've called .
Owners and staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. I went in looking for advice on a scooter I was going to buy on Kijiji and ended up buying one here instead. I knew next to nothing about e-bikes/scooters and they answered all of my questions and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I will definitely return for accessories/repairs in the future.
I went in to have my ebike flat repaired and Byron was very professional and fast!
