RESTAURANT BYLA BYLA

"Byla Byla" est un dérivé du mot espagnol "bailar" (danser). Les professionnels culinaires l’appellent « la danse entre les chefs» ou «la cuisine shuffle» en raison du tissage et de jonglerie entre le personnel de cuisine qui préparent les commandes en dansant.

Nous sommes une entreprise familiale qui démarre un restaurant fondé sur le principe de vous offrir des plats de qualité et de fraîcheur incomparable. Nous croyons fermement que vous goûterez la différence.

La philosophie de "Byla Byla" est de vous offrir des produits de première qualité et des méthodes de travail des plus professionnelles. Tous nos repas sont préparés sur place, avec des produits frais (en saison) et certains produits biologiques en provenance de fournisseurs locaux qui ont le même désir d’offrir des produits de qualité. Par le fait même nous offrons à notre clientèle une alternative à la cuisine traditionnelle.

Nous pratiquons notre métier avec passion et la fierté du travail accompli, alors, pourquoi ne pas venir nous voir faire la cuisine «la danse»… et de laisser la nourriture parler en notre nom!

"Byla Byla" is an auditory play on the Spanish word "bailar" meaning "to dance". Culinary professionals call it "the dance among the chefs" or"the kitchen shuffle" due to kitchen staff juggling and weaving between each other as they prepare and plate food orders, much like dance steps.

We are a small family start-up restaurant founded on the principle of offering you better and healthier meals at reasonable prices.

The philosophy behind Byla Byla is that every ingredient and every method, is chosen to produce the finest quality and unbeatable freshness. We strongly believe that you can taste the difference, attention to quality and respect for the work produced, and that its worth tasting.

Our meals are made as much as possible from fresh local, seasonal, organic and preservative-free ingredients. Most of what we make is fabricated in-house. We do this because we cant imagine doing anything else with the same passion and it gives us greater quality control. And we believe in giving people alternatives to mass produced foods that have no soul. The purveyors that we purchase from are exclusively small family-run businesses with a similar passion to produce quality products.
