Have a good experience. I wanted to buy a diamond ring to my fiancee, salesperson Simona was very helpful and patient to show me all kind of rings in order to meet my requirement. I can see she is very knowledgable and professinal. Finally, I got the all information I want to know, I absolutely go back and buy because she gave me the best service

I have been a fan of Bulgari watches for a good number of years now. Hence, well familiar with their customer service in both London, England where I lived before and New York City. Now, given Bulgari's relatively new presence here in Canada, I was a bit apprehensive in bringing my watch in for servicing. Let me just say, the staff is first-rate and surpassed all my expectations. From the very beginning, the service was outstanding, with attention given to every detail. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. Hands down, the Toronto store can go head to head with any of its leading international Bulgari counterparts. Just another example of Toronto's emergence as world-class city. Thank you.

I visited the store in Yorkdale Mall, the store atmosphere and the staff were very welcoming and the service was great. The sales adviser Chirin was very friendly and helpful, and with a great pride in their merchandise she was very keen on showing me a variety of their beautiful collections to fit my taste. I will certainly be back to visit again for more stuff.

I just bought the handbag from the Bulgaria Yorkdale today. I have to say I am very impressed and satisfied their service. Julie is very patient，detail and honest . I am planning to have the next visit !
