I've experienced issues with the Petro Pass location in Sault Ste Marie, specifically with cash advances for drivers. This is the fourth time in a month that they've been unable to provide sufficient funds. However, my most recent visit was particularly disappointing due to the poor customer service. The morning shift attendant, a Punjabi gentleman, was extremely rude and seemed unsure of how to handle the situation or communicate effectively with customers.
I went there and asked them before I pumped my gas because it was storming, to add windshield washer fluid and i heard them on the mic say ok. I pumped my gas first, and being responsible, I stayed until it was full, then moved on to fill the windshield washer container. The guy did NOT put the washer fluid on so I had 2 charges on my Visa because he couldn't relay to me over the speaker that he couldn't do that. Just saying when your already upset because its still snowing and someone doesn't listen to you when you are the customer, FRUSTRATING! It was a bad day
It's not taken care of very well....most days the DEF fluid pumps don't work...doors are locked at night off and on and sometimes it's impossible to find help.
