Too expensive, too many fees and hidden fees, not liking this gym

Great gym! Great staff, clean, and fun& friendly staff, I love the massage and therapy’s area

Great price/quality ratio. Very clean, well equipped, recent gym. Staff is friendly and helpful.nOpen 24/7, lots of parking and easy to access by commute since it's very close to Terrebonne bus terminus.nThey have a pricing that allows to bring a guess for free, unlimited use. Very cool for people who train in groups.

WORST SERVICE EVER AT THIS GYM! The assistant manager Megan is extremely rude on the phone she even told me to go to another gym. I’ve been at buzzfit for 4 years but after what happened I am thinking to cancel my subscription and will never refer anyone to that gym! Nobody is dealing with rude manager!!! I never had any problems with the other employees but the assistant manager Megan is the worst to talk too, she didn’t even let me talk to the manager first. Very unprofessional from her all the rude things she told me on the phone and almost hang up the phone while I was talking. So disrespectful coming from a manager. Hope nobody gets this type of service.nnSaly

Its a good gym but the women cloakrooms is not really clean like the shower and the trash can is always full so there is garbage everywhere.
