I would highly recommend them in a heartbeat as in, don't give it a second thought - they are absolutely the best in the industry! They took all my stresses away as a first-time landlord, and the value I've received from their deep expertise has been immeasurable from finding and placing high quality tenants, to advising on legal obligations and processes, to sourcing trusted partners for home repairs, and liaising with the condo board, etc.. They take care of every last detail for me and my tenant, so I don't have to worry about a thing. I can just look forward to a cheque being deposited into my account every month. They've also proactively advised me on blind spots that I wouldn't have even known to ask for e.g. understanding the nuances of insurance coverage, to make sure I am fully protected, etc.. I've been working with Buttonwood Property Management for about a year now and they've been fantastic. They manage my condo and handle everything to do with the tenant. I was nervous about being a landlord after moving away from the area of my condo but they've made it incredibly easy. They take care of finding/screening tenants, managing communications with the tenant, handling repairs and communicating with the condo as needed. They communicate when repairs require approval or there are any changes but otherwise it's completely hands off. They provide a portal where you can access all financials and documents needed for tax purposes. Super easy to use. One of the main reasons why I originally picked them was because they charge a monthly fee and don't mark up repairs. Gives me confidence that I'm getting the best possible rent and are only doing repairs that are necessary. Can't recommend them enough. They've been fantastic!

We purchased our first rental property a condo unit and signed up with Buttonwood to be our property managers. It has made being first time landlords an easy turnkey operation. They take care of everything from taking the photos, advertising, showings, screening applicants, our condo was rented mid-month, the same month we put it on the market dealing with the condo corporation, dealing with the tenants and resolving any repairs, inquiries etc. We just sit back and get our rent deposited every month without any hassles.
