It has been about 2 years since we have been here and we were in the area... I didn't like the meat loaf. But the pancakes are delicious here! Breakfast is good. My son and daughter loved their breakfast meals. Kid-friendliness: They will accommodate you if you have a baby.
Picked up lunch today while I was in Rochelle because this place was highly recommended. The burger was good and fries are good. The bun on the burger was really soft and they cooked everything very well. Customer service when k walked in was pleasant and helpful.
Can’t explain it with words how delicious was everything, and so much for the price. Our server was super nice and friendly, careful like a momma. It was the best choice to end our vacation and go home fully satisfied Thank you

We had a birthday party at the bowling alley across the street. So we stopped in for some dinner. With four hungry kids! So good! First of all the greeter maybe the owner?!? Was so welcoming and friendly! Our server was so nice and wonderful! All four kids, my hubby and I each enjoyed what we ordered! They gave a very extensive menu! The soup, the sandwich, the dressing! Yum! It’s so nice to go to a place that appreciates your business and gives great service! Don’t hesitate to go here! Great food and atmosphere!!!!
First time here was a busy Sunday morning. Despite the large crowd, the hostess was pleasant, we were seated quickly, the waitresses were a constant blur keeping coffee cups full. The kitchen staff made our tasty meals, which were quickly delivered. Great overall experience.

Typical diner but excellent food and execution. We all enjoyed. I was not a fan of their spaghetti sauce at all. It tasted like it belongs on a chili dog. The seafood and breakfast were great. Nice place. We will be back.Food: 4/5
Food was amazing. Everything tasted so good. The amount of food for the price is crazy. We had to take half of the food home. Customer service was amazing. They were so friendly and accommodating. It has a very homely feel and vibe to it. I would definitely recommend this place.
We came across this place by chance. My kids have always liked the Iron Skillet down the road, but for whatever reason Iron Skillet didn’t have a cook today. We found Butterfly Family Restaurant on a Google search. The food was incredible and very reasonably priced. The staff was awesome too! From now on we’re going to drive right past Iron Skillet and head to Butterfly.
