Mediocre experience. Tasted quite good, food was warm. Not sure how authentic this really is. Roti wrap was not super fresh in my opinion . They have a few imported ethnic beers to choose from which was nice but over all the customer service was below par , young kid was dry and not helpful at all with the menu as it was our first time eating here you’d think there would be a tad better customer service experience and sone suggestions on food. Not to mention it’s quite expensive considering. Don’t think I’d be coming back.
Worst ever experience for snacks and main courses. Very pathetic taste and quantity. Firstly lot of options are being discontinued for both starters and main course. They really need to improve their quality. Waste of money and time. Not recommended at all..
I ordered the butter chicken roti in medium spice. I was concerned that it would be too spicy but that wasn’t a problem since it wasn’t spiced at all. It was far more sweet than spicy and needed some more texture. It was edible but I wouldn’t get it again even if spiced correctly
Came here after reading the reviews, definitely not disappointed. The food is amazing and perfectly spiced! There are 6 levels of heat you can customize your order with, which is ideal for everyone. I had a chicken vindaloo roti, ordered hot, and it tasted great perfectly . My wife had a lamb korma roti, ordered medium, and it was also great a perfect balance of flavor and heat. I also ordered their signature butter chicken roti and lamb curry roti for my parents, and they were very happy with their meal. We also shared a samosa chaat, which was also amazing. The portion sizes are huge, we all couldn't finish our meals in one go, so if it might seem pricey you're getting a lot of food arguably 3 people can eat from one meal. Bottom line, tasty food and generous portion sizes. I'm definitely coming back here. If you're craving awesome Indian food in Orillia, you can't go wrong with this place!
First time ordering and was SUPER IMPRESSED. The employee was super friendly, nice and accomodating for us vegetarians. Lots of food for the price, and it tastes good too : The paneer is cooked perfectly. Totally recommend.
Ordered 2 butter chicken. One was roti style, the other on rice. Also ordered 1 mango lassi. Total came out to $40, which is on the higher side of takeout for two, but I was pleasantly surprised when I got home. Very generous portions, very tasty, and it had LOTS OF CHICKEN, something you don't often get when ordering butter chicken. New franchises often start off great with good ingredients and better portions, but later die off when they cheap out. I hope they stay true to what they have now.

Food is quite good, most of the employees are friendly. There have been a couple of experiences where the employee had been a little rude. For some reason butter chicken wings are advertised on the front window of the store, however every time I go in and ask they NEVER have wings…
If you ever craves for Indian food in Orillia, this place is best in the town as they have combined Authentic taste of India and Westernized wrap ! It’s just delicious, affordable as well !
If I could give a zero that's what I would give. I've ordered from here numerous times, always tasty and good. Friendly staff. Today a Thursday evening... the people who are running this place need to open thier eyes or their going to go out of business, and that would be sad. I placed a order online at 6:40 ready for 7:05. Get there at 7:10. As soon as I walk in guy tells me no chicken or lamb. And add to this I have travelled from out of town to get there. I said well I'm not a vegetarian and he responds with well a lot of people are. NOT!!!! The name of your business is butter CHICKEN roti!! He says not prepping any more meat for today. I said I placed a order, can I get a refund. He said you can get your order in the morning, or talk with payment people to get your refund. My order btw was a $70 order. I'm now eating some quick kraft dinner for supper as I wasn't planning for this to happen. What a joke of a business.
