I can't say enough great things about our exceptional experience in working with Craig Butcher. From a record high price for our neighbourhood, to our home selling in a week as other homes remained on the market for months. But more than that it was the genuine caring service and human touch that Craig brought. He personally answered our first call when we were shopping for an agent, and made the entire experience feel like we had a tireless advocate on our side. In terms of strategy Craig thinks outside the box and deftly applies well crafted strategies to ensure his clients get top dollar and that was the case for us. There are so many positive things I can say about the Butcher team and specifically Kyle Butcher. We recently sold our home and from the beginning to the end of the process Kyle was committed, confident and professional! We sold our house quicker than expected and for the price we wanted. And with a market that had slowed down substantially, we were not disappointed. For the extensive knowledge, experience and communication we received from the Team we give 5 stars!
