First time here in Busan restaurant. Small and intimate place. We ordered the Budae Jeongol army stew. It was delicious but spicy as expected. No refill for side dishes. I would definitely recommend this place for an authentic Korean food experience.
So many good things to say about this restaurant.nnService was very friendly and the food was served so quickly, starting with banchan. It was like an ini buffer with the most delicious fish cake and kimchi. I was impressed.nnThe dipping sauces were amazing so I dipped as much as I could.nnWe ordered seafood pancake, sizzling bibimbap and cold middle what was mixed with regular and spicy. Was it too much for two people? Yes. Did we try and eat it all anyway? Yes! The seafood pancakes was perfectly cooked. The bibimbap was sizzling with the crisped rice and runny egg yolk. The cold noodle was fantastic. We ate so much we were uncomfortable. No regrets!nnWe are going to try and be regulars here to get a taste of everything.
I recently dined at BUSAN and had the pleasure of trying their gomjutang. The dish was flavorful, with tender pieces of meat and a rich, savory broth that had just the right amount of spice. They also give you a great variety of Banchan side dishes to complement your meal.nnThe restaurant’s ambiance was warm and inviting, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Korean cuisine.
The food here tasted more authentic here compared to a lot of other Korean places I’ve been to around the city! The raw marinated crab was really delicious and the seafood soup was good as well. The restaurant doesn’t accommodate for a big group of people so be aware that you may be split into groups if you come with a bigger group!
It's one of the great Korean restaurants in Calgary. The food was amazing and highly recommended to get a hot pot. I've been here several times, and the food quality is still the same, excellent! I hope they won't change. The only dowside is the place. It can not accommodate a large number of people in one table or area. You have to be separated by groups.
