Very friendly staff. Bought a washing machine and went through everything with me. Got it delivered aswell for free. Delivery driver was lovely, very chatty.

Do not order anything from this crowd of incompetent shysters. I made the mistake of ordering tiles from these cowboys, in person in the shop after driving down and I paid for delivery except when it came to delivery No show. No, they won’t ring you or do you the small courtesy of explaining the your product isn’t coming, that’s their special surprise, so when I phoned to ask where the item I bought was, I was told the tiles had been damaged in the shop and then later they were out of stock, I work the same as everyone else I depended on them to deliver the same for a tiler I had hired costing me more money and time, I drove down to the shop again to try and sort out their mess and spoke with their employee who assured me then they would arrive the following Tuesday there had been a mistake, I said no problem mistakes happen it costing me but he swore next Tuesday they would arrive he had ordered them and they would definitely arrive Tuesday. My tiler wasn’t happy and I was on his black list but mistakes happen. Tuesday no tiles arrived no phone call when they failed to deliver them as usual. I rang the shop and was told they had been trying to ring me the previous Thursday and Friday before!! the tiles were not coming at all, my phone was in both days with no messages or voicemails , missed calls etc, I tired of the farce. A little courtesy it takes to run a business I went to the shop, no attempt to try and sort out my predicament and then they eventually gave me a cheque for my “costs” which won’t go anywhere to cover my fuel, tiler phone and time, Please its not worth it go somewhere else deal with professionals.

Burton topline is in the lower end of bluepool in kanturk, it has a large range of buildings materials and supplies with also TVs, laptops, fridges cookers etc they also do a pay weekly for electronic items but it a bit of a process to be expected for it if you get expected, the staff are friendly if not the most knowledgeable of what they have is there store always sending you to someone else only for them to look it up its a bit on the priciest sides it's a one stop shop for everything so I been doing business there for years not
