- Rude staff - Slow service - Decent food I've been here twice now and both times my order was incorrect. The first time my order was incorrect I was missing one item from my order. When I told the staff member, he rudely told me I didn't pay for it and when I showed my proof of purchase he didn't even apologize. The second time my order was incorrect I was asked what kind of rice I wanted, told him and ordered. Only after ordering and 10 minutes of waiting I was told there was no rice. I was told it would be another 10 minutes and I politely agreed to wait. After the 10 minutes passed I was told there was no rice - apparently no one was there to cook it. I received my order 30 minutes after ordering - for one burrito. The food isn't bad, but the service is terrible. I'll never come back here again, there's a Mucho Burrito not too far away.

Updated review: This was a 5 star review but after consecutive visits with really poor quality food and service I have to knock it down to 2 stars. The guy who worked here when the place opened was superb but the last few times I've gone 2 brothers have been working. They take forever to make the food and it always tastes awful. I'm not sure what happened but after 3 visits with this quality I wont be returning.

Ordered the Jerk Chicken Regular, taste was ok but no where near as good as their competitors. Portion size was on the small size but still satisfying for the price, but my main concern was that it was still cold on the inside! The person making it didn't use the press the way it was intended, and instead just rolled the burrito around on the one hot surface. Totally ruined my experience and would never go back.

Been there 3 times, each time I was the only person and service was still very slow. Burrito meat is dry and rubbery, very little extras (rice, tomatoes ect.) get put in it as well. Nearly half of the menu wasnt available due to deficiencies. We ordered Churros, which came half cooked, covered im burned cinnamon. No sugar. Just burned cinnamon. The guy was nice though
