I just wanted say thanks for the friendly and helpful team at Burnstown. I stopped by with smallish delivery order on Friday and the team found a way to get it delivered to us by the end of the day. An additional shout out to the young man who dropped off the order for being extra cheerful and enthusiastic. It's great to deal with good folks like you all.

Extremely helpful staff and a very clean lumber yard. Excellent selection of tools and building materials. You can even pick up a bbq and a kayak for a summer full of fun. Keep it up!
Had a great shopping experience here. I was able to get all the materials I needed to fix the landing area by the door at our cottage. I have a small car so they cut the 10 ft pressure treat boards into 5 ft sections. Exactly what I needed. What put their service over the top for me was that they painted the cut ends with preservative! The lumber they supplied was also top shelf. It was straight and free from defects. Granted it was graded Taiga select, but it fit my needs exactly. I’ll pay that extra to not have to deal with twists and checks. I’m super happy they are there in Burnstown. Much more convenient for me than driving into Renfrew. Plus the service is A1.
Building a deck, so have had to be in contact often with them. Great service from inside sales to the warehouse people, seriously, very communicative and helpful. I think their prices are fair.
