Very nice and spacious. The party room is really big which can be partitioned into two separate rooms for a segregated gathering .
The recent renovations were much needed at the center. Offers a nice little gym, but on the expensive side, a nice pool and hockey rink. Also has a gym and many rooms for parties and events. There is also a raquet sport drop-in schedule. No saunas. The parking lot is often busy.
We already used new swimming pool few times.nBeautiful building , very nice and clean facilities. We love the warm water, great for adults and small kids. There is only one problem that bothers me a lot and I'm sure would be easly resolve. Last time we went there was yesterday. I my self noticed about 15 person entering the swimming pool without taking shower. And the worst problem is that people are allowed to go to the swimming pool in their clothes. I do understand that there are some religious that are not allowing these people to wear regular bathing suits, but we should stop them from wearing regular clothes. There are lots of different kind of swimming wears , for boys and girls. I don't feel comfortable when I'm in the swimming pool with persons wearing t-shirts and sweat pants . This is not a lake , its a community pool!!!! This should be forbidden. And please ask people to take shower before entering the pool!!!!!!!!
We went for badminton after seeing the schedule which was showing booked slot from 12-2pm and rest was available on a Friday evening, we went to front desk to register for single drop in session and white girl with long lash extension spoke to us rudely when I told her that online slots were showing available and she said rudelynlook at your watch what time it is , it was 5 and the scheduler online was showing available till 12. I have been to this location 1,2 times before staff is usually nice except this time. This girl definitely needs training on how to talk politely,not going to this community centre again. Nice facility unfortunately can’t say same for the staff now.
