I have bought over 8 cu.yd. of gravel other materials from here and I have been getting ripped off pretty heavily. After being unable to create an account to save 10% I started looking around and found places that are way cheaper. is around $80 per yard of sand here at SiteOne. go elsewhere and you can readily find it for $37.50/yard. Will no longer be returning and suggest others do the same. would be a 1 star but the employees are really nice. layout is good

Highly recommend this place, we received excellent customer service from Morgan. After visiting two other landscaping businesses with little to no service it was helpful to see charts, with dimensions and prices displayed at this location. Prices are very comparable to other options.

I paid for product, and I should get it delivered today as in contract. They never showed up, and worse they don't bother letting me know, and I have people here to do the work, no materials to work with, I have to let them go. I called in, they simply said it was a miss. They disregarded customer's time, and the pricing was higher than SiteOne South location, this is why their Google review is much less stars than the South location, SO don't do business with SiteOne Calgary North or Balzac location. It's frustrating especially in a big project when time of each day really matters to you and the cost for the materials is higher here than the South SiteOne Location.

I have purchased products from Burnco in the past and been very happy, my recent experience was horrible. I ordered 20mm product, same as I have ordered in the past. This time I got more 10mm or smaller product, also lots of dirt and other colored 40 mm rocks in the mix. It looks like they were cleaning the yard and I got a bad mix of scraping the bottom and cleaning up the yard. I suggest if you purchase here you insist on being there to watch them load the product to make sure you get what you ordered and not a lot of bad product.

Great place to buy bulk stone. We picked up a half yard of black lava rock today - competive pricing. Process was quick and easy. We've been coming to this location even before it was SiteOne, ie Burnco.

Brendan was very helpful at spending my money wisely and efficiently. He is so knowledgeable. I'll be returning here again for sure. Honest help will keep us coming back.

I went out to Burnco yesterday to pick up some firewood, was in and out all within 20 minutes. Brendan and David were quick and easy to work with!

CLARA is an Unprofessional, Dishonest, Exceptionally rude and Incompetent manager. I had purchased pavers from this location thinking I was getting a good deal and shortly after found out I was being ripped off. Called the store to ask them for a price match prior to delivery instead of cancelling the order and was told to bring in a quote even if the item was delivered and they would honor it. After the item was delivered, I went to the store 2 days later and Clara the store manager rudely says that I can return the product and they will not be matching the price. Explaining to her that her floor manager Warren had agreed to provide the price match she insisted she wont do anything about it and that she is the manager and the decision stops with her. UPDATE: Don Wilson contacted us and was very professional and resolved our concern very quickly like a good manager should. Thank you

Burnco was prompt and helped us with great patience. We are new homeowners and wanted to do some landscaping with our backyard, we came in without any knowledge of what to do. We spoke to the manager Brendan and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained what we needed thoroughly with some recommendations as well as the right amount of material we would need for the size of our yard. Brendan and his staff helped and supported us all the way through this process and we having nothing but great things to say about Burnco North.

Staff extremely helpful, My advice, shop around. Prices better than big box stores.
