The nicest staff in the world. Receptionists and physios alike!! I worked with Stephanie who was patient, kind, and clearly knew what she was talking about. I was fairly nervous going in but she put me at ease instantly. It was a wonderful experience and I feel confident that I would’ve progressed well there. Unfortunately, they couldn’t accept direct billing for my insurance, so I’ll have to keep looking. Nevertheless I highly recommend this clinic :

Lily was able to resolve my shoulder issues within a few visits. The treatments weren't painful and was so effective. She is very knowledgeable and super friendly. It was so sweet of her to call me to follow up on my progress. I felt she genuinely cares about my well being.  I would definitely recommend Lily to my friends and family.

Excellent clinic.  The attention of all the staff is very friendly and efficient.  they have very convenient parking and a friendly and helpful appointment reminder system.  The therapist listens to you and performs the exercises based on your real evolution.  I spent three months receiving therapy in my hand and my therapist, Serena Lu, demonstrated great knowledge of the subject and great professionalism.  I was completely satisfied with the service I received.

I've been going to Burnaby Heights Physiotherapy for many years for various reasons. Thea has been my physiotherapist since I started going to them and she is the absolute best, I can't say enough good things about the staff and the level of treatment I've received. I highly recommend Burnaby Heights physio!  Stephanie Quon is a wonderful physiotherapist  who is extremely knowledgeable, patient and caring.  She has really helped me over the past year.  Staff at the clinic are always friendly and helpful.

David Koretchuk was recommended to me a few years ago.  I was very happy with the results.  I have been a regular client since that time and would highly recommend David to anyone needing physiotherapy.

I've been going to Burnaby Heights Physiotherapy for a few months to see Thea Cooney. Her approach is straightforward and gentle, but highly effective. She is very skilled with IMS treatment which has given me incredible relief with my back. She has tons of experience and a great personality so my visits are always a treat. Would highly recommend.

David K. is outstanding.  I have been seeing David for years for various ailments an Achilles rupture, concussion, rotator cuff tear....etc..  He is very knowledgeable and effective!  He has also treated my very active teenage sons with great results!

I can't say enough positive things about BHP and "The Wizard" Thea Cooney. I am an athlete who has had much experience with injuries from sports. I have a long history of treatments from other physical therapists and can say in full confidence that this is the best clinic that I've ever worked with. Thea is extremely experienced, confident, and effective. Her IMS treatments have quickly resolved any issues I've been experiencing AND they offer shockwave therapy, something most other clinics don't provide. Visits are always short, focused, and extremely fun for me. I highly recommend Thea and BHP to anyone looking to resolve an injury in the shortest time possible!

Stephanie was very helpful with rehabbing my knee . She was very professional and knowledgeable and helped me feel at ease when I was unsure about the  severity of the injury. I strongly recommend Stephanie for anyone needing physio therapy.
