Exceptional work and flawless repairs! Fairly quick with their repairs and easy car rental process with them as well. They also detail your car inside and out before your vehicle is ready for pickup. If you need your car repaired from an incident, I highly recommend going to them!
They preform the body work, worst job ever, unprofessional service, spray paint on rear seats, bumper bolts not installed. Booked appointment and promised rental but once there Merik changed his statement n didn't honor his promise, bad service never go there.Service: Painting
My car was there on an insurance claim and these guys did an outstanding job, going beyond what was required and bringing the car to better condition than it was before. They seem like honest people and my experience tells me that they stand behind their work. High quality repair services. They were able to order the parts immediately for repair then get my vehicle into the shop when they arrived. Recieved my quote within an hour. Price was very fair compared to other autoshops. Would definitely recommend this auto body shop.
TRUSTWORTHY REPAIR SHOP I had my truck repaired here in January of 2019 after a small accident. The experience was very good and Daniel, Merik and their team were great to work with. I wrote a review about it on a different account. Fast forward to January 2021. Took my truck to Ford to have something looked at. Unrelated to my accident from two years prior While working underneath the truck, the Ford tech noticed a small issue and honest mistake that would have occurred the last time the truck was taken apart in a way that disconnected the cab from the bed. So, I took the vehicle back to simplicity as that was the only time I had work done on the body of the truck. I explained the situation to Merik and Daniel, they didn’t give me any hassle or questioning despite not having seen my truck for two years. They were able to have the issue fixed within 3 days of me informing them and never complained or argued. Simplicity/Burlington Collision Centre is an honourable shop and I cannot recommend them enough after the way they turned what could have been a stressful and frustrating situation into a positive experience!
