Great Medical Clinic. We have been coming here since 1999, and I do love this booking site. Makes it so easy and it has greatly improved over the last few years. Very streamlined. My Family Drs Julie Tung is incredible and very kind and thorough! We feel very honoured to even have a family Drs at all. The fact that she has all these wonderful Skills and Values makes us know we are well cared for & Blessed! IMHO She is the very Best!!!
Dr Bo is second to none. Hands down the best physician I’ve ever had.nnAs a woman with complex health issues/ chronic illness I’ve spent a lifetime being brushed off by doctors… thanks to him I feel like I finally have my life back.nnHe also was my mom’s Dr for many years and helped me immensely to navigate her health as she aged and declined cognitively.nnDr Bo is caring, kind, compassionate and just the right amount of sassy/sarcastic you want in a human or at least I do!.
I am incredibly frustrated with the complete lack of professionalism and continuity of care from Dr. Nwando Rosemary Ezimora. Despite making multiple, frequent visits to her office, I feel entirely invisible as a patient. Every single time I go in, she has clearly not bothered to look at my chart or review my file beforehand. I constantly have to waste time reminding her what my medical issues are and explaining the entire reason for my visit all over again.nTo make matters worse, there is zero follow-up on lab work or diagnostic tests. You are left completely in the dark unless you hound the office yourself. A doctor should be an advocate for your health, but with Dr. Ezimora, you are completely on your own. I would not recommend her if you are looking for thorough or organized medical care.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the clinic and especially for Dr. Zavaglia. He is an exceptionally intelligent, thoughtful, and careful doctor, and I truly trust his judgment.nEven though I live in Richmond, I did not hesitate to continue seeing him after he moved to the new location in Coquitlam. For me, having a doctor I trust is much more important than the distance.nThe new clinic is wonderful, and the option to have video appointments makes life so much easier. Being able to see and hear the doctor during the visit helps a lot — it feels personal and makes communication much clearer.nI’m very grateful for the professionalism and care. The clinic is very lucky to have such a dedicated and outstanding doctor.
Burke Mountain Medical Dr Sanei has updated their processes to be user friendly, streamlined and efficient. Booking any type of appointment for anyone in my family is easy to do online and as always Dr Sanei is a great family doctor.
