Great tasty burger. The bun melts in your hand. The 100% all beef patties were perfectly cooked and the delicious in house sauce just completes the whole experience. The owner was super welcoming and friendly. We'll be back for sure to try their famous fried chicken burger!
very disappointed with the preparation and quality of my burger! counter help was lovely and i didn't wait long for my food, but the woman cooking the burgers had long hair just up in a clip, no hair-net or anything to prevent hair from falling into the food. i watched as she wiped her nose on the side of her hand 3 times in 10 mins and did not wash her hands or put on food safety gloves while cooking another customer's order along with mine. she put full squares of cheese on both of the other customer's burgers, and only put a half slice on mine! the cheese costs extra and that was my only "special" request. I proabably won't be back as the food safety and cleanliness are sketchy.
Passed by here for a quick bite, got 2 Double Burger with cheese and a large fries. Burgers were normal size, it was well cooked however missing a few toppings. When ordering, the server never asked me what I wanted on my burger, don't know why...service need to improve, the food was alright, nothing great. This place copies Five Guys but it fails on every level. Fries tasted like frozen ones bought from the store, I can't confirm if they are. The Impossible Burger is vegetarian but more expensive than meat?! How does that work?! The packaging is top notch, this is probably the best packaging that I've seen in a gourmet burger place. I understand how it costs a bit more due to its location, but...the food overall just tastes alright. For the exact same price, you can get a grandiose meal at Five Guys! Not recommended...
The price of their combos is deceiving. They do not include a beverage. They also don't have the prices for beverages listed anywhere in the restaurant - which is against the consumer protection act. When I brought this up staff became hostile and almost wouldn't give me a refund. Shame because the burger was actually good, albeit a bit small. But I definitely won't be returning. Crazy to pay $18+tax for a simple burger trio
I expected more from a burger place that got 4 stars in Google. The regular burger combo was over $14 and its patty was less thick than a McDonald's Quarter Pounder! And it didn't taste better than one either. The service was efficient and friendly.Food: 3/5
Burgr Urbain is a greasy delight with generous portions and fast, friendly service. The chicken sandwich includes Cole slaw, pickles, and a slab of perfectly fried chicken breast. The burger had a toasted bun and was a great fast food style burger.
Ordered a combo on Doordash, contactless delivery, delicous milkshake, crispy fries and the hamburguer it's surprisingly delicious! definetly will order again <3!
The simple burger is good and so are the sweet potatoes. The chicken burger however was bland and dry. The sauce was the only thing that gave it flavor.
The burger was just a bit better than a school cafeteria burger. Not what you would expect for the high price. For that price I was expecting fresh hand made patties. Belle Province has better tasting burgers for less…better fries too. The milk shake too was a disappointment. It was watery and too sweet, tasted artificial. I would say avoid…go to Provigo next door and make your own burgers for less.
Great staff and super friendly! They even let me hold my little dog while in there since it was raining so much outside! Bravo ladies, the food was also good!
