Smash burger was perfect. Soft toasted bun, with 2 thin seared patties , melted cheese and an original sauce. Quite good
We got their poutine and onion rings, made fresh as soon as we ordered! So good, definitely look forward to coming back whenever i’m in the area
Burgers on the Bridge saved this bride by catering my wedding out of town. The staff worked so hard to help me plan my menu, accommodate dietary concerns and supplied us with delicious food. Our American friends had never seen so many cheese curds at the poutine bar they put together for me! What a great example of a caring family business!
Went there this past weekend, fries and gravy were horrible, all tiny pieces that seemed over fried and container wasn't even full. Think I'll just make my own from now on, I know I can do so much better.
Once or twice a month I go to Manotick and always stop to get a small fry and a pop. Today, they were out of small fry containers, but would use a medium and fill it part way. Asked for a straw - they had none, nor did they have paper cups. It was suggested that I go next door to Mimi's for a straw, which I did. When my order was ready, the fries were a thinner cut than usual and were limp and greasy. I informed the girl and asked what had changed, she didn't know and said she was sorry about that. I said they were terrible and threw the fries into the waste can. I promote supporting local, but certainly do not appreciate throwing my money away.
First time order...pretty sure they gave us a kids burger patty on a regular burger order, it was tiny but mistakes happen. Everything tasted great, good fries...good onion rings. The burgers are also very good, personally I would recommend adding a 6 oz burger option for a couple more dollars. A 4 oz burger is the equivalent of a kids burger in most places...I would rather have the larger meat burger than need to eat two buns.
Had a couple of Burgers, fries and onion rings. All turned out excellent. Hot good tasting food and friendly service. Read some of the other reviews. Some people will never be happy. Don't believe the friendly service I've had time and again would ever be rude. Try it I think you will be happy
Friendly staff but the food was a pretty big disappointment. The burger was a huge letdown as it felt like eating a sloppy Joe minus all the flavor. You gotta season your beef guys! Some salt and pepper would go a long way.
We bought 67$ worth of food from Burgers on the Bridge and went to a park to eat. We arrived at the park realizing they had forgot to put a burger in the bag. We finished eating and went back to see if we could get a refund as we had finished eating and did not receive the burger. The manager was rude and told us that we shouldn’t have taken so long to come back and too bad we are keeping your money. I asked for the owner to see if we could maybe get reimbursed with an ice cream as they are managed by the same people. They told us no and that they will be keeping our money. Spoke with the owner over the phone and she was rude and swore at us. I feel bad for her staff and we are disappointed in the terrible customer service. We want to support local businesses and are disappointed how what used to be Fitz has now turned to a money grab at any expense.
Had a large poutine, not at all impressed with the size at all, for the price charged. The fries were not very good and the gravy was not very good either. Overall, not impressed.
