I’m usually not one to leave a review but multiple times that I have gone to Busters, my order has been completely forgotten. I understand that it’s busy and may take a good half hour to get your food but today I waited an hour and fifteen minutes for a burger. Not a meal, no fries, drinks, or add-ons, just a burger. And when I went up to ask the people working there they just shook their head. I’m not sure I’ll ever go here again seeing as this is the third time I’ve waited over an hour for one item.
Got a chicken strip combo the other day. The total came to $16 before tip. After opening the box I was disappointed to see that there were only three chicken strips and the fries were dark brown with charred ends, and a bunch of other burnt pieces mixed in with them. It looks like the oil either does not get changed often or these fries were cooked more than once… they literally crunched in your mouth. Poor quality food, for high prices. Makes a lot of sense. You should not be paying $16 dollars $6 for fries that tastes like ashes. The chicken strips were okay. Just not reasonable price at all. It’s not fair that people are coming here and receiving mediocre food for such an insane price.
A lovely staple within the Hampton community.nnWalking to Burgers at Busters on a blistering hot sunny day to enjoy a nice sizzling hot burger with fresh fries, while drowning it all down with a crispy cold pop is one of my favorite things to do in Hampton.nnThe staff are nice and so is the owner, which I have seen during one of my visits.nnTo top it all off, you have Snow's Soft Serve & Ice Cream next store, which makes for the perfect dessert.nnA particular restaurant owner in Rothesay can take a few notes!
My wife and I recently stopped here, we tried the chicken burger and the classic burger combo , which includes fries and a drink, fries are home style this was more than enough for two of us for$21, the staff is amazing, fast courteous service ! You can tell they take pride and their food & service Keep up the good work guys ! & girls !!!
Sub 10 bucks for a handmade burger, double cooked fries, and a Sussex Gingerale? Oh H3ll yea!nThe burger was loaded with toppings, the ‘small’ fries was ginormous. Proper road side food. Extra napkins needed.nFinish this off, head next door for ice cream
