I'm not sure why there are negative reviews for this place. We were served immediately and the food was served in a reasonable amount of time. The food was excellent, especially the gravy! The server was polite and prompt. We would eat there again.
This place needs a new kitchen staff. Over an hour wait for our food, was not cooked well, small portions for price. Based on other reviews I’m surprised this place is still operating. It was the worst part of our stay at the Holiday Inn.
I arrived on Friday afternoon hoping to enjoy a burger with a couple of my colleagues. We were greeted at the door and were told that they were a bit behind and could be waiting around 30 minutes. A bit unusual since they didn't look busy but we decided to sit down, order and wait, and wait... And wait. About 50 minutes after the three of us ordered our burger combos we had to rush back to work and told them to doggy bag our lunches with the bills. The wait was unacceptable for what we got. They get 1 star because their location was nice and my burger itself was good. Until they can greatly improve their service, I can't recommend anyone to theoretically enjoy a burger at Burger Theory.
The guy running the bar was trying but other than him the service was horrible. Over an hour from the time I sat down to being served. When I finally did get food it was cold. I would have probably eaten meals here all week since it is convenient but definitely won't be returning.
In theory the burger was good, but in reality this is far from the truth. I went here during opening week and in its current state I recommend to avoid this restaurant. I went here with some other coworkers during lunch time, and we were told the service time would about 30 mins. Given a dozen customers in the restaurant at the time, we thought this would be reasonable. Our food came to us 50 mins after our order of only 3 simple burgers. My burger, a sriracha burger, came out as a big disappointment. Not only did it not have any sriracha spice, but also it was overpriced at $20, with Fries and no drink, after tax. We were issued an apology but were provided with no discounts, no rain checks or no free items as compensation.
Had to wait over 45 min for a burger and fries when there was only 5 people in the resturant and 3 were already eating at the bar and waited over 15 min to get my drink .food was subpar for the price wouldn't recommend with the amount of dining options available in a 4 block radius
Horrible place to eat .Bad service , long wait for the small amount of customers. Very expensive For this quality of food .
Great service, but a bit pricey, but i was able to have leftovers to take to our hotel room
