First of all I had a very simple order. Double cheeseburger no pickle and a med onion ring. Onion rings were soggy and gross. Double cheeseburger had pickle and the top bun was hard on 1 side. Not to mention I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes and was the only car there. I don’t know how u stay open.
They got our order right except the last couple visits were like we were interrupting a nap, especially today. No energy, no motivation to get us thru swiftly. Plus Kate called her french fries "used fries". They definitely looked like they were thrown back in the fryer after getting cold. She threw them out.
They act like it's an inconvenience to help you out. Worst customer service I have ever received. No mask wearing by the employees. These clowns ruined my life long love of Burger King. Do yourself a favor and skip this hell hole

Whopper looked like it was drop kicked then thrown in the bag. Fries were room temp. Still filled my tummy, so not a total loss.
