Ordered the Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger and it literally had zero bacon. Noticed once we were on the road. Called to complain, spoke to manager and was told I would recieve a card in the mail. Never Did! Definitely Not an Ultimate experience. Very Disappointed. Will Not Return.

terrible burger, patties as if steamed, not grilled. half-hearted checkout. worst bk experience.
