At the drive-thru it is always fast and the food is at the right temperature. However the staff is not very kind, never smiling. The last time I went there, 2 women where having an argument because none of them wanted to serve customers at the drive-thru. I was waiting in my car, the window of the drive-thru was open, and both were complaining that drivers are not easy customers. Fortunately, the food was very good.

Ordered 4 different combos and all of them came with (not requested) modifications that left us frustrated, because we were way ahead on the road (we had been driving for about 8 hours from PEI, and were heading to Ottawa). For instance, the "Bacon BBQ Crusty Chicken" came without bacon... If you are on the same route, keep driving and find another place to eat.
