Burger King

Looks much better with the renovations but service hasn’t changed much. Which honestly isn’t a bad thing. As many times as I have been there, there are only a handful of times where service was long or mixed up orders happened. Overall, the store is good.

As a Google local guide it is my job to set aside lies. Many people are slandering this BK, but it is a very respectable place. When the IHop opened 2 blocks down, they lost 60 percent if not more, of their workers. They are short handed on staff but that is not stopping them. They are hiring and they are still making great food, their 2 for $6 deal is a steal and should be taken advantage of. The manager and hands that are currently working, are high class people. They serve it with a smile and high quality. This is one of my favorite places to go in McMinnville.

Slow drive through service. I waited about 5 5 minutes before they even took my order. Then a long wait in the line to get my food. This is supposed to be fast foos. I have been to other stores that are much faster. Seems like they need to hire a few more people. Food isn't bad thought quality is decent.

My wife and I arrived at the drive through at 9:54 pm. After a moment of silence I was told through the intercom that they had already closed for the day and we’re out of food. I asked what their hours of operation were and they promptly told me that they could make my food. Placed my order and asked for fries, after a few minutes of them claiming the intercom was not working properly they finally answered and said the deep frier was turned off and that I could get an extra burger. After clearly realizing that they did not want to make any food or provide customer service I told them cancel the order and we left. I checked on Google maps and on their website and they both state a closing hour of 12-MIDNIGHT not 10 or 9:54. It blows my mind that these are the same type of people that feel entitled to $15 an hours for their “customer service”.
