The worker Stephanie was cleaning in play area. She was doing an excellent job backs of chairs and walls and all. Way more then most people.

Always quick Service, never a line, can order right away inside almost always in MY there experience, ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS w/ MOBILE DEVICE are ACCEPTED here, which makes things easier and more convenient

Great food and better prices than McDonald's. They do a great job of getting your food quickly and as you ordered it.

Burger king isnt great anyway, but they seem to have a hard time getting the order right. That is 2 out of 2 times I have gone and it was wrong.

Worst BK in Traverse City. No matter what they will give you old/cold food. Most of the time at night the customer service is almost rude. No excitement or enthusiasm about their job or making you feel welcome. Owners really need to revamp the crew. Would not suggest to anyone. The only thing that makes this review worth the one star is the breakfast/morning crew have no issues.
