Burger King

After reading other folks reviews thus far it seems that the drive thru issues come up a lot. Or possibly they are fussier than most people (no offence intended)? I come through frequently and order inside the restaurant as a to-go-order. So far the food is usually fresh and hot. Sometimes I have to wait a few extra minutes for the order. Sure, it's not perfect here. Its ok. Life is too short to get all worked up over the small things. Most people agree.

Slow service. Got my order wrong. Went there the next night when they said they were open. Sat at the drive thru order box for 15mins. No response. A guy opened the door to take the trash out. Dropped the trash on the ground and scrambled back into the building. Way to do your job! Absolutely horrible! With things like that going on every single employee and manager needs fired and they need to start over!!

Ordered chicken fries and French fries and a large water.... I revived a value sized water, and when the manager handed over the change through the drive through window it fell out of her hands on the cement and she didn't say sorry, didn't offer to pick it up just shut the door, the fries were overcooked and cold, the chicken fries were cold and tasted like tape... when I ordered my meal the manager was impacient and told me I couldn't use more than one coupon through the drive through... I worked at a Burger King a month ago and this is not the case... one of the worst experiences I've had at a fast food establishment... the problem of the store clearly lies in who runs it

The one time my fiancee worked there it was a long wait for 2 cheeseburgers and fries and a pop....when he asked about the food they told them it was a wait and they where short staff....another time the burger sat under the warmer for about 20 min before we finally got it

I'd give this place zero stars if I had that option. Stopped in today to order food....took well over 30 minutes later and half the orders screwed up. People being put aside to wait on their food. Drive through is so messed up it's not even funny. Take your order drive up and wait over 30 minutes for wrong orders to be brought out. Very dissatisfied with this dump of a place.
