I went to this location on March 3rd during lunch and honestly, it wasn’t great. The guy serving me wasn’t wearing a hairnet or gloves. What really threw me off was that he was on his phone and then went straight to packing my fries without washing his hands. That’s just not okay.nI’ve worked in the food industry before, so I know how serious cross-contamination is supposed to be. It felt like they didn’t really care.nOn top of that, I waited around 10 minutes for one combo. For lunch hour, that’s pretty rough. Overall, not impressed.
Went in at 10:30pm ordered a double patty chicken Burger.was told it would 5 to 10 minutes wait time, got the food once bit into it, it was completely raw from the inside.The owners clearly are not involved in the operations and quality of food being put out. Will definitely not being going back ever.
BUYER BEWAREnI had a really frustrating experience at Burger King.nnI went through the drive-thru and ordered the $5 Jr King deal. The employee asked if I wanted a regular burger, cheeseburger, or chicken burger, and I chose the cheeseburger. When I got to the window, I tried to add a medium fry and asked if the deal already came with fries and a drink. He told me no.nnThat immediately felt off.nnAfter parking, I sent my sister inside to grab the receipt because something didn’t seem right. I then went in myself to clarify, explaining that I thought the deal included a full meal. The employee responded in a very snarky tone, insisting it was just the burger, rolling his eyes and offering zero help.nnAt that point I genuinely started questioning myself, because “deal” usually implies fries and a drink. I ended up Googling it on the spot and confirmed that the Jr King deal does include fries and a drink.nnThe whole interaction was rude, dismissive, and honestly made me feel completely confused and brushed off. It shouldn’t take arguing and fact-checking just to get what’s advertised.nnPretty sure I was overcharged for something that should have been included.
The four on the food isnt because of the staff at the restaurant. Its just a general feeling about most items they serve but this location is always busy and the staff are always pleasant and let you know what's going on so youre not wondering 15 minutes later. The store doesnt look overly clean but its from wear and tear. One of our favorite treats to have on the way back from the city when we live further north, now we live ten minutes away and the novelty has gone. Also, the parking lot sucks because of the gas station so I would recommend pre ordering on the app, using the drive-thru thne just keep going. Keep up the good work guys!
Absolutely the slowest service I've experienced. Waited almost 45 minutes for just 2 burgers despite there only being 4 other people in the restaurant. Don't waste your time going here if you expect FAST food.
