For the past few months we have been going there a few times a month hoping it would get better but no.... Let's review like the ratings. 1-FOOD : Well it's a fast food place so... My family has some vegetarians and some not. There is always a issue with impossible burger. Either they are out or the "machine" is off because they are closing soon... Whatever that means or out of bacon or out of onion rings. NEVER ORDER ONLINE because there will always be something wrong. 2-SERVICE : Well it's not the kids fault but they are trying. I have never seen a manager there. 3-ATMOSPHERE : In a run down gas station, next to a Mr. Sub that's never open you will find this little restaurant who usually refuses you to eat inside if they are about to close 1 hour before or less. This truck stop which I am sure was wonderful 10 years ago could use some attention by the owners. If you are looking to feel welcome this is not the place. We want to support local but they really need to step it up. Vegetarian options: Everytime we go there is either none, the "Machine" doesn't work or is off because they are closing.
If I could give this a 0 star I would, did mobile order, 31$, and i get here place is closed due to their freezer not working. Not only does it not say anywhere that their closed, their online ordering is still available and they love taking your money. Talked to the guy at the counter and he called them and no refund has been issued. Not impressed at all.
The past 3 times we have been to this location after our sons hockey game, they have been out of bacon, onion rings, lettuce, impossible burgers 2 out of 5 are vegetarians staff are not trained fully. They close early because they are put of food. No Manager in site nor do they answer calls from employees. Love BK and hope this location improves how they manage this restaurant.
Ordered two meals, 1 Bacon & Cheese Whooper and 1 Bacon King. Received 2 Bacon & Cheese Whoppers on two tiny potato buns. After we went back in to correct our order the girl at the cash then informed us they had just ran out of Whopper Buns. Would have been great to know before ordering. How can Burger King run out of WHOPPER BUNS on a Monday afternoon?? That's literally your main items distinct feature! Cashier claimed that I had told her 2 B/C Whoppers when I clearly ordered the meals separate instead of two of the same meal. For our drinks, the Foutain Machine did not have any carbonation for the Coca Cola, Root Beer or any other carbonated drink. Cashier said she'd take a look at it -- she didn't so we got Iced Tea. French customer next to us asked for salt, "sel" in French and the cashier did not understand him. Being so close to the Ontario-Quebec border you'd think their employees know at least a little bit of French... nope! Cashier then went to the back to make us another Bacon King, and magically found another Whopper Bun hiding in the back after she just told us they had ran out. I don't go to Burger King a lot but when I do I'm always excited for the large and filling size of the Whopper, this time I was sorely disappointed as the smaller Bun naturally made the Whopper much smaller. Waste of money. Edit: 45 minutes later I just threw up from the bacon king. This place is filthy. Avoid at all costs.
Food is same as any other Burger King fries nice n hot, however the place was disgusting tables were dirty and sticky, thank god I had sanitizer with me, had to clean the area where we were going to sit at, and the woman at cash was standing watching me doing so, with her hand on one hip and the other dangling do nothing just waiting for customers to arrive, but it’s no wonder this place isn’t busy like other fast food place, and they should be seeing there isn’t many other places to go to in St Isidore.
Sadly this place is understaff and not worth the wait. You might be better off asking for a sub right next to it if you are in a hurry.
Last time I came here they wouldn't make me another burger or refund me 16$ because they put mayo on my burger after I told them I'm allergic ....now it says on the door they ate open at 10 , on the website, and on Google and they are closed saying they open at 11 these people need to fix their buisness!!
I went there at 7:30pm and they closed everything early and they have nothing to served. But closing time is 9pm for them. And crew was standing there till 9pm .. just to say - sorry we have nothing to served.
Always out of food… Today… no beef??! Last time bacon, before it was chicken. Avoid, this place is really poorly managed.
Taste is good. Because they cook after they took order. But it takes time.
