I haven't been to Burger King in a long time. Was very disappointed. The fries looked and tasted very dry and old. Jr chicken sandwich was pretty much missing the chicken the drink was ok. I should've given it back, but didn't want to make them feel bad. No more Burger King for me Food: 1/5
Everything was horrible an all staff including management should be fired an a whole new crew replacement, do not come to this location an especially do not come with family or children it is not the right environment. Floors and tables filthy, bathrooms not kept up , trash throughout the parking lot. The staff an manager as well are unprofessional an rude. Food was terrible after I spent 80$ , burgers came out extremely sloppy and the staff refused to fix the order. Do not come to this establishment!!! This restaurant ruined my opinion of burger king.
Pulled up person said I will right with waited 10 minutes no response pulled out but couldn't get around people at window had to wait 15 minutes more until I good get out there it's just never ending there that is strike 3 I'm out of there for good
At the Elmira Burger King, on Grand view avenue. The service was horrible. Two ladies we're working the counter and paid absolutely no attention to us. After about 5 or 6 minutes a lady came out of the back and said she'd take our order. She was very short with us. We finally got her order another 5 or 10 minute wait only to listen to the employees argue with each other. Out of the back came really viol language. One man was so upset with the service that he scolded the employees and walked out. One of the worst restaurant experiences I ever had
Could've shown up sooner as they are only a few blocks away but the foot was at least still warm and delivered to the right address, seals intact.
The young lady at the drive through was very kind and courteous but the food was atrocious! I purchased the 2 for $10 meals for my grandson and I. The Whopper and Chicken sandwiches were cold, the bread was so stale, part of it was hard and the other side was falling apart. The fries were a step above luke warm and the small cups of sauce tasted like they had not been rotated in several years. Needless to say, Burger King, you have lost this customer.

Had a bad experience at the Horseheads BK. Went to this one and was a way better experience much cleaner, and the employees were super nice too, also faster than the other one
Can’t exactly say how the food is because I haven’t tasted it, but wanted to give a quick review on the service I just had. I did not catch the woman’s name I just dealt with in drive thru but she was fantastic! She was super sweet and just overall very kind and polite. She’s awesome!
Food was fresh, and hot! Unlike the other BK close by, we didn't have long to wait for our order and it was made properly! They were a great team getting both drive through orders and in store orders.
