Had the crispy chicken sandwich. It was excellent ! It was served hot, it was very juicy and flavourful. It was so good ! The lady that served me at the take out was super nice. The place has a lot of parking and it’s free. I highly recommend this place ! Feb 12,2022. I tried the angry Whopper. It was absolutely delicious ! A little bit of tang from the halepeños. Some crispy onions inside and like a BBQ sauce. It was nice and juicy, served hot, it was awesome and again the staff never disappoints, always great service ! Thank you Burger King for making such great burgers !
I waited 15 minutes for my food. It was $17 for a #1 with bacon.. Also the burger was cold because they were waiting for onion rings and forgot to put tomatoes. I went back and they threw a slice of tomato in a cup and that was it. Someone dropped something like a chocolate milk shake on gloom and everyone was sliding on it. Terrible !!!!!!!
Waited in line for 10 minutes ALONE, NO OTHER CUSTOMER EXCEPT FOR ONE LADY, the employees knew we were there and gave us looks. When they finally took our order, the dude cooking sat on the counter where they PREPARE THE FOOD. Ordered a whopper and the bacon burger and the bread was so stale, the food was ice cold and they messed up the order. Dirty place, wouldn't recommend to anyone who doesn't want to spend the night in the bathroom.
we waited 5 minutes at the speaker in the drive thru until someone took our order and then at the window the guy took the time to ask if we ordered a poutine and we said no and they still gave us the complete wrong order so we went back in the drive thru and they gave us our correct order and by that time the food was cold and also they gave me a single cheeseburger instead of a double cheeseburger like i ordered. horrible service!
No hello, what can I do for you! Asked for ketcup and the employee looked frustrated and throw about 10 plus into our bag. Not impressed at all with the service we reveived.
Simplicity is king I suppose this is a rest stop it's clean and the staff at all the restaurants are nice. You have a good variety of different fast food to pick from if you are passing by this is a good place to get grub and fuel up!Food: 5/5
The service at this location is brutal! I would give 0 stars if I could. I know they are short staffed because I saw a sign that they are looking to hire, but the service has been terrible at this restoparc for over a decade. Management needs to step up their game and get some proper staff in there. Same with the pizza hut next door.Food: 4/5
ZERO Star. Just picked up $40 of food and everything was cold and stale like it was sitting there for hours. The onion rings were the worst. Rock hard. Not only was the food discusting the service was just as bad. Waited 5 minutes in drivethru waiting for someone to greet me. Went to the window and knocked and yelled.. Still nobody. Who is the manager there. How can this happen.
Just off the highway between montreal and Ottawa.. I ate the double whopper because I was hungry. It was better called the "the double Meh" A 10$ experience I will never repeatFood: 2/5
This tip thing is getting ridiculous. Why are you asking me for tip BEFORE providing me any service? Was me not tipping the reason my already overpriced burger, fries and kids meal were sitting on the counter getting cold for five minutes before the employee bothered to hand it over to me? Do your employees now decide the level of service they provide based on tips given? Your food went up 50%+ in the last two years, I’m paying over $20 for a cheapest whopper meal and a kids meal wile the food and service is just as bad as when it was $12 two years ago for the same combo, but now I’m asked for a tip? Rant over, I won’t be returning.
