How amazing, got to say this is by far the best BK in the city. Located at Dundas Square, this place is operated by the most friendly staff of all bks. prior to being here I got ripped off by another bk location a day ago and the ladies here claimed that they'll do me right with the proper angry burger and boy did they do just that. Every sandwich is well seasoned and well sauced upon request. See my breakfast yeah I know I had a big breakfast and every item was done extremely well. Dill pickled nuggets are true blessings
Okay you have to take the location and busy-ness of said location to understand my review. The staff here is friendly and seem to be enjoying themselves. I ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers, mozzarella sticks and a drink. The young guy at the counter was super patient while I babbled on asking about if I could add mozzarella sticks as the side. He made sure to ask what sauce and didn’t forget. The food was served to me fast, hot, fresh and some of the best BK I’ve had in a while. The dining room needs a full time cleaner, it’s too busy to depend on the cashier to clean as they go. remember, this is young street at 10 pm. Don’t go here alone, it’s not the stores fault, but it’s a reality. I’d recommend for late night eats if you’re craving traditional fast food. Vegetarian options: Vegitarian burger patty. Didn’t try it but it looks standard
This location is very dirty and the staff don’t seem to care about cleaning the tables, chairs and floor. There are a couple customers come in without mask and staff didn’t say a word. The only “good” thing is my food is hot and I don’t have any tummy issue afterwards.
I miss my Whoppers with cheese and was more than thrilled to have one for the first time in several years. This location is in the Dundas Square district and definitely has that downtown central vibe. The space is unkept and the staff aren't thrilled to be there. It was dirty. The shift Manger actually said, and I repeat in transparent honesty, "are you deaf" when the customer before me asked him to repeat himself. Dirty tables and floors, alongside shifty staff and undesirable atmosphere definitely defines this location. A food delivery person asked for their order and showed the staff their app several times before someone finally acknowledged the order was sitting there for well over five minutes. My burger was good but perhaps the location on the Danforth is a tad more civilized.
Ordered pickup through mobile order, got my food. When I left I realized they forgot to give me two bbq sauce for my food. Only order chicken nuggets with two small fries not a big order. I understand service can be busy but workers need to double check the food. Be more attentive when packing and preparing customers food. I encourage customers to check your food before you leave.

It's a decent restaurant. Not a bad choice if you want some affordable fast food. On the mobile app there are some coupons to choose from, so that's a good option if you want to save some money. Most burger kings I've been to have had consistent quality, but a few have had issues with my order. I've had it happen on two occasions where I didn't get what I ordered. I'm unsure of how they misread my order, but it really disappointed me when it happened. Other than those times, I've had no issues with burger king and usually have a good experience there. Kid-friendliness: They have a burger king kids meal with a few options for child portion sizes meals. It even comes with a crown for the child to wear which is nice.
It's a very popular busy location downtown. You know what you are in for when you go to Burger King. It's basically fast food, better than McDonald's with onion rings as an option. One of the things I like most is the breakfast sandwiches. Kid-friendliness: It's Burger King. Get your paper crown and eat your burgers.
I placed a mobile order at 4:46pm, and arrived at the restaurant a minute later and went to the counter to wait. I was #76. I waited just about 20 minutes and until they were calling out #85+, when I had to flag down the expediter and ask about my order. Without a word, she grabs a bag that I had watched them a while earlier pack and place there without calling my number out once. I was at the counter the entire time watching them pack orders, place them on the shelf and not bother calling out the numbers. I assumed they were packing Uber/Skip orders. I've worked at Burger King before and would be ashamed to provide such horrible service - especially in such a downtown location. Yonge and Dundas Location. This place is horribly slow on a good day, but this time was even worse. This location has ALWAYS had issues with slow and inattentive staff, but this was just on another level today. Do better, BK. I've contacted corporate, so we'll see if their customer service is any better.
If ordering here, make sure youre aggressive with asking about the status of your order. Many times they will just put your order in the bag and just have it sitting there forever with out calling out your order number. I waited for my order for like 25 minutes and i asked for a refund because it was taking so long. And when i asked for the refund they literally just grabbed a bag that was sitting there the whole time i was waiting. It was pretty dissapointing. But i decided not to make a big deal out of it knowing that the employees probably make minimum wage, so they dont care. I totally understand. But for this reason, as a customer, make sure you bother them consistently for your order, and you will eventually get your order. Happy new years everyone! Bless
