Very understaffed and depending on the time and day, which is a huge hit or miss, you’ll either get a good burger and cold fries or fresh fries and a disappointment of a burger. Most of the time the best thing on the menu is the Hershey Pie and a drink.
This place needs new employees. Fries are always cold. They seem to have issues with accommodating their menu. Logistic issues or management? Have it your way!

This is the worst burger king ever. Everytime I go here they are out of something. Today I go there for breakfast and they don't have eggs. A few weeks ago they didn't have coffee or fountain drinks. Another time I went there they gave me expired orange juice. They really need to figure out how to do their ordering for supplies.

Food is what you expect and the service is alright, just hate getting expired juice boxes and only being allowed 1 sauce.

For minimum staffing this place actually does fairly well. The staff is always friendly and has only messed up my order once.
Better food, speed, prices, and customer services than the majority of any places in the KMCC, not just fast food businesses. It's mostly high school kids with great attitudes who are always polite. Their service has never been slow for me. Fries are always fresh and hot. Dealing with the awful customer service interactions that restaurants in Europe often provide slow service, high prices, unfriendly this stupid little BK is a relief for when you're hungry and don't want to go to the always-slammed Commissary or deal with anyone off base.
