This place is a joke. Ordered $100 worth of food 4/5 sandwiches incorrect, fries were mashed potatoes, mozzarella sticks were hard, and no one can take responsibility. Blames it on the customer. For a business that is barely hanging on, you’d think they’d work a little harder to keep a job.
Came in to a dinning room full of people with a line. Was asked by the manager how I got into his store when the dining room is closed. But ppl were in it? I don’t get that. Told him the door was unlocked and he said it shouldn’t be and there’s a sign saying it’s not open. But again. Ppl are there eating and in line. Told me I needed to use the drive thru. I won’t go back. McDonalds is across the street and will get my money now
I've had bad BK, and really good BK...and this location has really delighted me with how well they prepare their Burgers. Granted, its still fast food style, but when you compare it in its class, it is better then many, in my opinion...Food: 4/5
Ordered the meal online. Drove to the restaurant to pick up the meal through the drive-thru. Not many cars in front of us but still was about a 15 minute wait to get to the speaker. Employee was very courteous and apologized for the wait. I explained we ordered and paid on line. He said great and to proceed to the 2nd window. 10 minutes go by until we get to the 2nd window. Our food is still not ready and had to wait an additional 10 minutes to get our food. I understand being short staffed but the wait was ridiculous!
The service was quick, accurate, and delicious. Haven't had any issues with this burger king. Staff are super friendly and seem eager to provide great customer service and delicious food. Keep up the great work!Food: 5/5
I didn't even want to give them a 1 star. Went there on my lunch break today with my co worker. Waited over 18 minutes for our meal. We TEonly had 30 minutes mind you!!!! Had to ask them if they could speed it up. They totally focus on the drive thru!!! They don't care about the people inside waiting. One of the managers named Angel was yelling at one the employees in front of everyone. Will never got back to the Brewer location. Had 6 minutes to eat our meal!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE
Burger was terrible and sloppy. Fries were stale, coke a cola was watered down. Order was entirely wrong, shall I continue?? Look for a different restaurant! Poor poor service. I'd be ashamed to say I work here. Such a let down.Food: 1/5
Looked to be a little short staffed when I was there but got great service. It is wheelchair accessible and is very clean. It does need a little updating to the decor.Food: 5/5
No stars for raw chicken being served to my son. I was offered coupons for our next meal to which I replied we will not be returning. Inexcusable mistake and absolutely terrible management.
Slower than reasonable. Often there are no in cars drive thru and food still takes 10+ minutes to receive after ordering. Person taking orders tries to rush you through ordering more than one occasion.
