I mean, it's a burger king. Don't get too excited about the sercive! Food is always usually good though and fast. Just the attitudes of the workers is just whatever. At least if you go to McDonald's they are nice and say have a great day!Food: 2/5
My first time EVER going to this BK, and I ordered a Whopper Jr. with no pickle. Nothing complicated, just a sandwich, and would you believe they messed up my order. A simple no pickle, and it was too hard for them to make it correctly. I'm coming to the realization, that fast food restaurants in Mankato area simply DO NOT COMPREHEND HOW to customize an order. Period.
All the outside lights were off. Went to the drive thru had to ask if they were Open. They said yes and as we were walking through the door heard one of the workers say the would tell people they were closed. Told them the outside lights were off and they blamed it on the morning shift. We ate our meal and left and the lights still weren't on. We went by a half an hour later and the lights were finally on. The employees need to wear hair nets . While we were eating could hear staff swearing in the kitchen
Food was poor in quality and taste. Dining room still had Christmas decorations. Deleted app from phone. Do better BKFood: 2/5

People are friendly. Food was well made & tasted good. I ordered #5: French Toast Sticks with a Diet Coke. Got 2 cheeseburgers and fries. They made me burgers and fries at 9:15 am! But they made it because they thought that's what I wanted. And I can't even be upset about it. Lol I want fries next time I go for breakfast! Haha
There's really not much to say. Typical fast food joint. There's things they could tighten up on but at least they get the food out in a timely manner and they don't mess up the order.Food: 3/5
The place was unclean. One of the employees were coughing all over the food and customers. Mixed up Me and my families orders. Didn't put my oder on. Tables were not clean. One of the employees gave another customer a chocolate milkshake that was very messy and a overfill were it was leaking. And the food was very horrible. Dietary restrictions: Mixed jalapeños in with a burger that doesn't have any in it and didn't ask for them
Gal taking order struggled getting the order right. Two separate purchases before done. Food was luke warm. Not sure I'd stop there again.Food: 2/5
Burgers were cold. Onions rings were cold and soggy. Floors were dirty. Had them make me different onion rings. Won't eat here again. New Ulms Burger King is clean. Food is fresh. Workers clean and friendly. Also hardly any people there.
